Early life and Education

Dhruv Rathee was born on October 8,1994 in Haryana,India. His background is from mechanical and renewable energy engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology since he did his master's college degree in that but his passion lies in the fields of Economics and Political Science in which he studied for a second bachelor's degree. He is approximately 6’1 in height.

Over time, he has become one of the most popular youtubers in India.

Career

In 2014, he made his first youtube video on his youtube channel called Dhruv Rathee. He took an active interest in politics in 2011 during the Anna Hazare movement. That was the first time his videos took a turn from fun conversations to serious political and socially aware undertones. 

In 2016, he also made a video on Delhi’s odd-even rule which sparked a lot of conversations.  

His video titled "BJP Exposed: Lies Behind The Bullshit", targeting the BJP government that had been elected earlier that year,had more than 50,000 views. 

A lot of people troll and accuse him of being biassed after he made a couple of videos defending Arvind Kejriewal. In march 2019, Facebook suspended his page after he posted about Hitler’s rise like the right wing extremism. Later, his page was restored and Facebook issued him an apology. He was called by Ravish Kumar, a popular journalist from NDTV for an interview. On his YouTube channel, Rathee posted films on a variety of subjects, including the Gurmehar Kaur controversy, the 2016 Uri attack, the 2016 Indian Line of Control strike, and the 2016 Indian banknote demonetisation.

Personal life 

Dhruv Rathee is also kind and very charitable by heart and engages with various charities during his leisure time and he is also a certified scuba diver.

At Vienna's Belvedere Palace on November 24, 2021, He married his longtime partner Juli Lbr Rathee. She is quite popular on the Instagram with 255k followers. She has a German citizenship.  The names of his parents and siblings remain unknown.

Dhruv rathee got married to his girlfriend Juli Lbr in a private ceremony held on November 24, 2021 at the city place in Vienna, Austria. Juli Lbr  was born in Austria. Marriage was held in a private ceremony that was attended by close friends and family.
