Mahira Sharma was born on 25th November 1997,in Jammu and Kashmir. She belongs to a business family, and did her schooling from Jammu itself. She is also fluent in Urdu and Hindi but later shifted to Mumbai where she completed her graduation from. 

Since she was a child, she was very keen and inclined towards acting and modelling and started modelling during her college days.

Her mother’s name is Sania Sharma and her brother’s name is Akki Sharma. Her father’s name is not known. She is 5’4 and her nickname is Mau.

Career 

Mahira Sharma started out in the modelling industry. She made her television debut in 2016 with the SAB TV show"Y.A.R.O Ka Tashan," in which she portrayed the character of "Shilpy." She then made subsequent appearances in popular TV series like Kundali Bhagya and Naagin 3 where she gained recognition but she became a household name after participating in the 2019 reality show Big Boss Season 13.

She has been part of many Punjabi music videos like Jaane Kyun and Lehenga. The music video of lehenga garnered over 100 million views in just 2 weeks and became an instant viral song. She also was a guest judge on the MTV Show “A date to remember”. 

Her closeness and friendship with her big boss co-contestant Paras Chhabra was the talk of the town and many fan clubs shipped them as a couple. If we about talk about her current boyfriend, she is believed to be dating Bollywood celebrity Abhishek Sharma.
