Early life

She was born on July 2, 1995, in Daman, India.Shirley completed her schooling from Auckland, New Zealand and then graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. During her college days, she was curious and intrigued and  started uploading her singing videos on YouTube, which gradually gained immense popularity and helped her become a social media sensation.Her social media popularity is quite evident as her fan following is a lot!

Career

In 2013, she participated in a contest organised by  the leading music label T-Series, and won it. This opportunity opened many doors for her, and she started collaborating with other musicians and producers. She became a part of several music projects and performed at various concerts and events and became a household name. She has even starred in a netflix movie.

In 2016, Shirley made her Bollywood debut as a playback singer with the song "Disco Disco" from the film "A Gentleman." She has since been a playback singer to several popular Bollywood songs, including "Koi Vi Nahi" and "Jab Koi Baat."

Apart from singing, Shirley has also acted in a few web series and short films. In 2019, she made her foray in the South Indian film industry with the Kannada film "Vaa Deal."

She is a fitness enthusiast and loves to be outdoors. She is not a trained singer, but she loves playing the guitar.
